HI, I’M CASEY!–Welcome to A Fine Fare, where I share delicious homemade recipes, and tasty travel adventures on my quest to find the best food wherever I go. When I first told my husband I wanted to start a blog and call it A Fine Fare, his response was, “Isn’t a fare something you pay?” So as any good wife does, I googled it to prove him wrong–although this backfired, kinda. The true definition of Fare actually does have two meanings; fer/noun 1. the money a passenger on public transportation has to pay OR 2. a range of food, especially a particular type, “delicious Provençal fare”. So in the end we were both right, but that doesn’t really matter. What matters is why I created this blog, which is simply because I love food and cooking, and I thought what better way to use my creativity and passions. On here you will find an array of recipes some I have created myself, others that I have tweaked and made my own, and some have been in my family for years. I hope you enjoy them!
