Chocolate and avocado, those are two words that normally don’t go together. Unless you’re reading this post, then they DEFINITELY go together. Now before I lose you–I know it sounds weird, even a little gross, but trust me it is really good! The avocado is masked by the cocoa powder, and lends itself to creating a wonderful pudding texture.
It’s as easy as combining all the ingredients into a food processor, and blending until smooth. This is a healthy alternative to chocolate pudding, and will satisfy even the biggest sweet tooth! I hope you enjoy!
Creamy Chocolate Avocado Pudding
Total Time: 5 Minutes
1 ripe avocado, halved, seeded, peeled
½ of one ripe banana, cut up
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup almond milk (milk of choice)
3 to 4 tbsp. honey or agave syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
In a food processor combine all of the ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled
